Citrus Dragon Coming in October!

Webkinz has a new Webkinz News site that has a ton of features, including pictures and info of new releases and also pictures of upcoming releases (click here to see the new giraffe. OMG. Too sweet for words.)

I was quite impressed--the last time I visited the site it was not updated, but now it lists some pretty substantial donations, including $250,000. for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in support of pediatric cancer research and this one for SickKids, one of Home Hardware's national charities:

Webkinz Foundation is pleased to support the Highest Priority Needs fund at SickKids Foundation which funds the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment, the training of the brightest researchers, and improving infrastructure within The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). Our gift to SickKids Foundation is creating a playroom in the hospital where children can continue to experience fun and enjoyment, even during their time at SickKids. The 'Webkinz® Room' is equipped with computers and decorated with Webkinz-related art and graphics.
