A new yoga shipment has arrived, included NEW hot yoga mats. Also available is a variety of yoga music, DVDs, essential oils and other things to help you mellow out and relax. We curently have 2 DVDs from Padma, who also has a new series airing on the ONE network.
I find ONE to air the largest variety of yoga series, and aside from Padma I like the Breathing Space Yoga series. It is filmed outdoors and features people with a variety of levels of experience (including a pregnant woman).
